Hey bro the plants are looking great how ever there is some thing that caught my attention in a few of the pics and I could be wrong but are they bananas I can see in some of your buds ? The bud on the right hand side of your last pic u posted has them. Have a look over your girls for any signs...
I have to agree with you on this one bro, but the best way to tell when your plants are ready for harvest is by looking at the trichs under a microscope. You want them to be a nice milky white colour 75% milky 20% Amber 5% clear. Works for me every time. Ps nice looking plant
Yes mate 100%. A female plants purpose is to produce seed, a hermie female don't always grow with male parts but it will shoot bananas which carry male pollen and fertilise itself as a attempt to produce seed for the next seasons. Some strains with weak genetics will hermie regardless.
Hey bro sorry to say that you got a hermie right there,
Your 5 weeks into flower and your bud sites are not as formed as they should be,
Calyxs are swollen to much which resemble seed formation
And finally the bananas are present which is a hermie give away.
Now that you have this hermie on...
So you do see what I see lol. Yh that's exactly the 2parts I was just editing for you to look at but as you beat me to it I won't bother now lol. I'm 110% sure they are bananas and regarding the calyxs they look a little too swollen to be straight female and I've only ever known calyxs to fill...
No female plant should have pods what so ever mate. From the pics I think that the plant is a hermie because I can see what I think are bananas forming. Also hermies will still produce its white pistles but it will also grow what look like little yellow bananas and they are very easy to spot...
There is a HRT Mylar which was purposely designed to stop any thermo imaging technology from being able to pick up excessive heat sources, in fact if you even test its purpose by using a IR thermometer and hanging the HRT Mylar in front of a hps. It does work but it's expensive to buy, but if...
I personally think as long as you can control your room temperature and you have your growing environment just right then any cheap 600w hps does more than enough in terms of producing great yields. ive not yet tried any type of LED lighting so I can't comment on them.
That's a lot better bro, again better to be safe than sorry later, and on the topic off electrical safety and water leaks I my self found a leak on one off my Dwc pots that I'm running tests on today. The crazy thing is the leak was dripping from under the base off the pot as some how it seems...
That peeling on the stem is nothing to worry about bro, as the stems become harder and thicker it can seem like your plant is shedding a layer of its skin so to speak but isn't any thing to worry about. It will eventually just dry up as the stem becomes more mature and will just fall of on its...
SNAP ... Lol I was thinking by the look of the pic she's either root bound or over watered, and even now if she ain't root bound in the pot she's currently in she will defo be root bound the the time she gets into the flowering stage. Again I also don't see a cal mag deficiency but as SLHLover...
