Ok -- I just made my first batch of butter. Very nice, btw. I am pumped. Question: I am not going to bother making brownies or anything, but rather just put it on my toast. How much should I use? 1 Tablespoon too much? I used about 1/5 for 1 stick of butter and the bud is kind.
