how many plants can be grown in a hydo grow box 4x4x7 how much will i yield per plant? nothing precise just a ball park figure?

ok i dont know if im posting this in the right area or not. but im just tryin to figure out how many plants i can grow in a 4'x4'x7' hydo grow box and how much can i expect to yield per plant. planning on using hydro wholesales complete box any feedback on that system?
