No, they can't be wiped off the leaf. It almost looks like burn marks?

Checked that and nothing...just looks like a normal leaf and the black dots don't penetrate the underside of the leaf either

Picked up a clone about a week ago, repotted it outdoors and made sure 5gal pot has good drainage. Went out today to check on it and saw black dots (see the pictures). Any idea what they are and why it's happening?
