Those do look stretched. You can transplant to ten gallon pots at any point. bury them right up to the first petals.
Those plants are suffering from deficiencies caused by those small pots. Transplant each plant into 10 gallon grow pot. Also they do look a little stretchy, you can move them up 1/2 your current distance.

You need to move those into much larger pots with fresh soil asap. looks like you're also suffering from nute lockup. lots of fresh soil will save them. bury them up to or slightly above the first set of (dieing) leaf nodes.
