my grandfather has stage 3b large cell carcinoma lung cancer, and just started chemo. he is seriously considering getting his card if he can afford it. i also think its a really great thing that you are able to help your friend and grow their medicine for them.

chocolate ANYTHING. crunchy stuff, sweets, juice, smoothies, water. lots of water. my fave smoothie has kale, frozen berries, frozen mangoes, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, hemp milk, fresh banana, and sometimes yogurt or kefir. mmmmm delicious and nutritious.

Cherma, yes, since 68. it was intense this year for sure. and more snowy days than i can ever remember. there sure is green still up in them there hills. :)
