    I always add nutrients before adjusting ph as some formulas wiil effect the ph level. Where on the plant are the effected leaves, high or low? Can you post a picture?

    What kind of nutes are you using? What is your water PH? Did you foliar spray with lights on or off?

    I admit to knowing very little about LED lighting. My concern would be that your PH is off, that can cause slow growth as well.
