If you have it under 12/12 light it'll start producing flowers as soon as possible. And if you have grown it for 4-5 months I think it's a minor miracle that it hasn't start flowering earlier. If you want the plant to grow bigger before flowering you have to put it in a vegetative cycle...

There should be some percent amber trichomes as well so, in my opinion, the plant isn't matured enough yet. And if it's still weak after a few weeks you can try to make some hash or some strong cannabutter and see if it's hits in the right spot.

Depends. More lamps does often meen more heat but since it's LED that should be a problem. If you think that two 150's will give the plants a more even lightfield than you should choose them. Since you can split the 150's and give light from two different areas that is an advantage against...

I would say nope. If it's only mold on a small piece or if it hasn't had time to spred you can try to take that piece away and see if mold is appearing on the rest.. Be carefully if you're not sure, since inhaling mold can be pretty dangerous. Eating as well.
