do you exhaust your closed room?

With a closed room set up, I want to push air conditioning in and and exhaust the air out with the exhaust air going through the cool tubes

but you push the air? do you exhaust with a second fan?

yes, I'm cooling hid bulbs two 1000w, trying to avoid using two fans, extra flex duct and elbows/fittings. wondering if any body has experience with this and can tell me for sure don't want to put out the extra money and electricity for two fans if I don't have to. thanx for replying
