Most of the strains I lean to are indica or a hybrid leaning heavy to the indica side. This is what works for me for both the PTSD, anxiety, depression and also for the severe back pain i have from having steel screws in my lumbar vertebrae.

Not sure if this helps any but I have PTSD and also an anxiety disorder along with depression. While I use weed to help with pain I have found that weed helps not only my back pain but also helps with my PTSD and depression. And my anxiety disorder does not bother me near as much. But my mind...

Not only do i have PTSD but i also suffer from severe lower back pain, I have 2 four inch steel lag screws thru the first and fifth lumbar vertebrae from an accident. I haven't found anything that will touch the pain but i refuse to take pain pills. Have seen too many people messed up on them...

The one i am growing is the Humboldt and they are outside so am hoping to get outcome. My indoor grow tent is no where near big enough to grow it in.
