A 150w hps is for flowering, I have a t5 flouresent for veg. any soft white flouresent will work great- mkKush88

Why do my seedlings stretch?
I am using a super lcoker to grow in i am doing a test run with 1 plant but it seems to not be growing as fast as what everyone says it should, and it looks stretched to me any sugestions?- mkKush88
