Still a rice cooker is used in the final stage and you are still distilling ( boiling the alcohol) at a low temp of 172 - 176 degrees -- so you are saying that the oil will decarb at this low temp ? .. You're using a rice cooker for the ability to have a low temp water bath for your tincture...
