Soaking it in a bowl of iced water for an hour or so may help, then twist and pull rather than just pull. There is no easy way of sorting it.... keep your fingers crossed and you may get away without any breakages. Good luck! :smoke2:

I think most of us have at some time or another had an unsavoury smoke where the effects were unpleasant. (pulling a whitey, as it is known here). As the guys have already said this is usually down to the strain you are smoking. For me it's Lowryder... one or two puffs on that and my heart...

Me too! If my mate did get the seed from a bag of weed he bought as he says, then he must have been seriously ripped off! Ah well, thanks Moose, at least i can chop the thing up now and make room for my 'real' stuff! :smoke2:

Maybe light up a joint shortly before he's due to arrive at yours.... (just to get the smell in the air, not to get stoned before he arrives lol).....then see if he mentions the smell and take it from there. If he reacts in a negative way then just blame it on a friend that recently left. Good luck!

MMJ - the trichromes are non-existant! It was grown under my usual conditions moose... a compost, vermiculite and castings medium...400W CFL's for the veg, 400W HPS for flowering, and plenty of TLC! I will try later on today to get and upload a pic, but i think you're right.... it must be...

Yesterday, i spent a few hours sifting through the online seed banks looking for some Northern Light's and was amazed at the price difference in seeds. Some seed companies were asking £80+ ($150) for 10 NL seeds, yet some were selling theirs at just £10 ($20) for supposedly the exact same...

Thanks for the reply, that's definitely an easy option....how does that system get rid of eggs/larvae in the soil? Is it to do with the heat? (baring in mind i'm in England and there's virtually no warm/hot days here again until next June)? :smoke2:
