Water is water but if you're really concerend filter it through some Activated Carbon or a Brita Pitcher. I've never once had a problem with plain tap water. EDIT: Oops I forgot alot of people let the water sit for a day or too aswell. I usually do but straight from the tap is fine in a pinch.
