Using Nirvana at 1ml per 600ml spray bottle havnt measured ppm but i will update what i notice if any differences and so far so good thanks for the info

dont be weary they will grow back in the worst of cases but general rule i follow is dont top within 10 days of flowering indoors and 2 weeks outdoors... top healthy vigirous growing young plants around 12 inches tall only take the very very tiny top of the plant leaving 2 healthy nodes beneath...
