Why is my stem so long?

The Light is too high and she's trying to reach out. The stem stays relatively short under adequate light.

Is she small for her age? AK-48 Autoflower

Hi!! First time grow. ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ Yuki here is 11 days old and I was just wondering, Is she small for her age? I have her under a dedicated 28w Led full spectrum grow light along with a 85w 6,500k 4,500 lm LED light, also dedicated. There's decent air circulation and the conditions are...

First time grower here - Medical user for Crohn disease

Hey CicoNavaro! Hope you're doing good. They look fine to me. You could add some perlite to it. It helps aerate the soil and root growth. How old is she? Have you fed her yet?

I think the LED's are better for you considering consumption vs output. The cfl is 150w with an output of 9,000lm which is 60 lm/w (9000%150). With the LED you have 45w consumption and 4,500lm output meaning it's producing 100 lm per watt.

I think you're fine with the LED's you have currently. I have a 45w LED that in the same range as yours as it's doing great. You can get real close to the plant with LED'S without burning them.

Agree with SageGrower. You can further lower the light for maximum utilization and you do not want to water it too much. Wet-to-dry cycle.

Inexperienced myself but it appears that your plants is quite stretched out. Consider lowering you light to about 8 to 12 inches.

Wondering if this will work for plants.

The bottle clearly says it's meant for aquarium use but I was wondering if these will be fine for plants. If so, how would I create an ideal mix?

    First time grow - Help!

I'm thinking of starting another seed. My Nirvana autos will be arriving soon but I wanted to practice with these seeds first since I'm new. Could you tell me if this soil mix will work? Satavic Farms Special soil-less blend with imported Peat moss, Perlite, Vermiculite and Cocopeat (900...

    First time grow - Help!

Thanks CannaKitty!! I started off with 1 plant per pot but they weren't doing so well. Was hoping at least one of them would make it in the pot. The fan is the first thing on my list. I really hope it's lack of ventilation than anything major. The mix is coco peat brick, I added perlite and...
