Personally I would have let the seedling develop little bigger before reporting but if ya keen to repot an guessing by the photo you are lol I'm sure ya seedling won't stress to hard. What's the soil like ya transplanting in?
Potassium deficiency I'd say as a guess possible mistake in ya nutrient cycle think ya can flush with fresh water test run off ph levels when there normal stop flush an continue feeding as normal
Try get a photo of ya plant in its environment if possible show lights intake an outtake where ya draw from an extract to day an night temps. Ya plant is nice shade of green so probably find there's not a real big issue just few small adjustments an ya plant will be in heaven!
