I always use hemp papers by RAW, I don't feel there is much choice or difference between the brands tbh. The only one I hear to avoid is Zig Zag, apparently they bleach their papers? Could be a rumor though. I'd just visit an online head shop and browse

I like to think that there is never a right answer, don't go through life wondering what is 'right' or 'wrong'. If it works, then it is right. There is always more than one way to do something! Personally, I prefer to use as much water as possible and percolators do work better when submerged...

Sounds quite confusing, are you referring to smoke as steam? If so then your only true option is a vape. You can get vape attachments for your bong though for really cheap, they are just bowls that have a lid then you apply heat too it.
