Is 6.5-7.5 ph correct for cannabis?

You always germinate with H2O2, 2 tbl spoons per gallon, and keep using for 2-3 weeks to help the roots. Works great for me. Found on YouTube, I use for transplanting, root rot, all vegetables too.
