There are 2 phenos that i saw for sure when growing this out. One was much more branchy and quicker growing, the other stayed very, vertical/pole like for a lack of a better description.

Ph could be dropping fast because that room is a lil hot at 85.. when the water evaporates, your ph drops, coupled with the plants drinking it.. loss due to transpiration etc.

Keep an eye on them, sometimes, not all the time, the bigger plant thats outgrowing all the rest (given same nutes etc) will be a male.
Also, if those smaller plants "lean" towards the taller one... its probably a male.
Those non serrated leafs you see, petals, are the energy supply for the new sprout. They will yellow off and fall.
you dont need to be fertilizing them at all until they are at least 10-14 days old.
Now, if the actual serrated leaves are yellowing and falling off, then you have a different...
sounds like you had a dirty grow room. cockroaches shouldn't be attracted to your setup...
And hydro shouldn't be standing water.. bubblers, air pumps, water pumps, aeration/aeroponics .. all these things move water. It sounds like you did a lot wrong ;)
