It is recomended (but not written in stone) that u ease your plants into the new light working your way up to 100%. Increase every 3-4 days. As for the micro's follow the directions on the bottle. Ps try and get the lights closer ( 1.5 ft to 1 ft away)

Ya get rid of him. Those pollens sacks look ready to explode and if they are not out of your grow room when that happens you chance screwing the rest of your crops. Put a plastic bag over it and trash it. Try not to shake that plant up to much in your grow room or you'll get pollen everywhere...
