ive just planted my seed and the white root is showing around about how long will it be until the first nodes show and how can i make them appear quicker, ps. im growing naturally indoors and using seedling mix and fertaliser

hey guys im new to this ive just got my first seeds, ive soaked my seed overnight and its split and a root is starting to show, should i plant it now or wait and let it soak up more water and grow a bit more first? thanks in advance
