i do let the soil gets dry before watering it not sure if its pest i sprayed a homemade neem oil / water mix pesticide lets see if tht helps

hi my plant leave seems to be died or something is not right with them since i transplanted from cup to pot i also used neem pesticide for the white flies on them yesterday today this is what it came up to can any one suggest me what is happening with them? thanks
