Hi, Seed-City has changed their payment gateway recently and accepts credit cards for North America users... maybe it's worth a check? They have affordable pricing. Else, like TorturedSoul says, Seedsman are affordable and a good option too :)

I Love Growing Marijuana (420) is localized in the USA so if you want to get your seeds fast, it's a good option! If you can wait for overseas shipping, Seed-City is another reputable seed bank with very affordable pricing.

Normally, if you plant your cuttings this spring, they should have time to bloom and be harvested in October. Not sure however in the North if they will have the time to pass the flowering period due to the different climate.
