Thanks bob. And yes sorry if it was unclear, i tried to stick the socket to the wall. No its not a joke, im aware it was not a smart thing to do.

So ive setup an indoor using a 250 hps bulb. Long story short, i tried sticking it to the wall with masking tape and scotch but they melted, the bulb fell, burnt the floor and almost lit my whole house on fire. What do you guys use? Any way to prevent this from happening again?

I'm growing on soil. I had noticed my plant hadn't grown at all in like 2 days. Due to a drainage problem I had to transplant it to another pot, a big one. Next morning I came to check in and the leaves were extremely wrinkled, the stem was collapsing on itself. The problem may be PH, root rot...
