    wash state has this law as well. With us being in legal land I let my MMJ card expire..no need for it really. Wonder why the NRA isn't hollering about this?

    With Marijuana Legalized, A City In Washington State Says, 'Not So Fast'

    Thanks goodness Wenatchee is on the verge of financial bankruptcy.. they have no funds to fight this lawsuit and city council members are being urged (by the mayor no less) to reverse their thinking. The city will no doubt allow the stores to open.
