For about 2 weeks my room tem. Was almost 30-31c. Now for the last 3 days it's been aboit 25-27c. I noticed new root growth. Should I quit or is it doing ok?

This is my first grow! So I started using the Flora triple for my DWC, But I've been giving my seedling a full dosage of nutrients. Using a 150w led 12" away. Now I'm on week 3 seedling, Is it too bushy for week 3? Im moving to veg. In two days 18/6. P.s, I topped it 2 days ago, is it slow?
