Their growth is assuming that there's nothing eating them. The fence still isn't done and I have to put up cages around the fruit trees now since the deer will practically strip everything green they can reach from plants they'll eat. They don't like poppies or irises though.
Yes, it was a good grow! Thanks to you! And thanks to you I have a couple hundred seeds of these two now crossed that I'm growing out in the yard this summer. Well, I've got 3 plants already, and a couple dozen seeds tossed into the yard...we'll see what happens.
So these girls have been outside for a couple days now, they seem to like it. No direct sunlight quite yet but pretty close. I was hoping to plant them in the ground this week but my whole body is sore from living on a mountain and have been trying to make progress. Still got a couple dozen...
I think they are very sensitive to their roots being exposed. I have 3 PGC and the one that is largest with roots coming out the bottom of the pot is droopy.

So I saw the first ladybug-mantis interaction, and since they're now still about the same size, it was a standoff. LOL I'm thinking by the time the mantis are big enough to eat a ladybug they'll be outside already.
They seem to be keeping all but a few flies in check. I've watch the mantis...
