I'm currently using a Mars Hydro 96x3w Reflector for three plants in a 4x2 tent. Two are White Widow X Big Bud and one is Blue Dream. I kept only the veg light on until I was ready to flower them, and they grew just fine.
It can be tricky if you have more than one plant and one is growing...

I just saw an ebay listing from Marshydro for a 300w reflector series LED panel with dimmers instead of switches. It looks very good! I noticed that they're still not listed on the mars-hydro.com site, though. I kinda wish I had waited on buying the panels that I purchased a while ago now...
