If you use cfl you should consider to start scrogging, because of the rapid decay of lightstrenght with non hid lamps they usually only have a small "range" where they give enough light, by scrogging you spread out the buds at the same height, meaning all the plants buds will be in the good...

DP is great for indoors too, zqs my 1st ever strain to grow indoors :P

I'm always wrong when diagnosing other peoples plants that being said, give some foilar feeding if you can, might be enough to tip the balance in the right direction again

I still get the impression you're overwatering your babies, and maybe they need just a pinch of epsom salt in the mix too sly

soil tastes best, followed by cocos, then hydro... the yield may (and I do stress MAY) be bigger on cocos or hydro but tastewise you can ALWAYS pick out the organic soil grown weed out of the bunch... in case you don't believe me, one of the main reasons people here LOVE to smoke decent...

g13ww (or pipo (=piefke's power) as we belgians lovingly call it) is a great tasting strain, very homogonous and good yields...but the g13-haze is just on another level, that stuff is just dangerous (the taste is so nice you can't stop smoking) sly :P

even you're still using the coolwhite tubes for flowering then it's normal your plants don't budge a lot, you need to switch it out for color 830 or 827 I use 2 80w high output fluors for vegging and it's great, gonna get another for a lil "love box" for my breeding projects for reference I...
