Growing and learning is what it's all about. I learn something new every grow. It's what makes it a hobby instead of a chore. Good luck with the current grow. Be sure to post an update when it's finished. Cheers!
OK I read your journal. Emily knows what she's talking about. I'm not an auto guy at all, but from what I see you started them off in pots that were way too big and if you were watering to runoff that whole time you would've oversaturated the soil for awhile. This drowned your roots so that they...
When did you start noticing this discolouration? How often are you feeding? Notice any bugs? Have any traps? RH? Temp? Ventilation? Lights? This definitely looks like a nute deficiency to me, but could be root disease.
The bags of coco carry moisture pretty well. You can see this as clumping in the bag. I'm guessing there were only eggs laying in the coco when I bought it, and once I added the mositure and heat of my grow room plus their favourite food (roots) they took off like crazy. I used traps, nematodes...
Hey I realize this thread is a bit old and probably doesn't get my attention, but I just wanted to add my experience to the thread. My last grow I used bagged Canna Coco (the fluffy stuff). The bags come with holes punched in them for airflow, but using it I got a huge infestation of fungus...
Hey all, I'm in Canada and wondering if others have ordered direct from Dinafem seeds. Did your order clear customs with no issue? How long did it take? I just ordered some strawberry amnesia and sweet deep grapefruit but didn't realize the order wasn't tracked or guaranteed until after it was...
Hey Mick, I've been doing once a day and I find the bottom of my (fabric) grow bags gets really soggy, like dripping wet. Seeing as you water twice, how do you prevent this?
I'm Canadian (100% legal weed at the federal level) and employers are still able to drug test and discriminate against people who have thc in their system. The stigma is absolutely ridiculous.
Wow that's the most disrespectful thing anyone has ever said to me.
Lol just kidding, and yeah I know man the whole endeavour has been a little ridiculous. I just went with Canna all the way cause it's my first time growing indoors and with coco. It has benefits but the cost is a little too...
Around 70F. Buddy I hope you're right because equipment aside this grow has already cost me over $200 in nutes. I really don't want to have to toss the plants.
