Thanks a million VipersNest this will be very helpful to me! As I said I have no experience in this field so I'm kind of going into this blind. As I wrote to Irishboy if I'm going to do this I want to do it right or it of no use to anyone just a big waste of time and money for me and the end user.

Hi Vipersnests thanks so much for your quick reply. So you think the heat sinks get to hot and this is one thing that needs improvement. You also mention real reflectors do you mean like a reflection hood or the bulbs themselves? I have to apologize I don't understand what you mean by footprint...
