So you think that only the tips of the leaves are a sign of nute burn? Just think about this for a second, how do you imagine nutes get to the tips :).

I'd flush it for a week and then drop the nutes slightly, but yea. Bear in mind a little rust on a few leaves isn't a huge deal, at worst you'll eventually drop the leaves.

Try lightening up on the nutes just a tad, it seems like there's a bit of a buildup in there.

In my experience if you see this kind of rust it's usually nutrient burn. Here's how that goes, it's not a particular overheating or massive deficiency it's more about adding just more nutrients in then you actually need, the light activates photosynthesis and the leaves start to use them up...
