you say you can make two of these for 80$? with using 8 bulbs and it would be better than buying a 300 watt big cfl so if i made 4 with 8 bulbs each you are saying that would be enough through my whole grow? should i mix the bulbs between warm and white?

so im going to do my first scrog and i am going to be using 4 plants in 5gal buckets, they only need to fill a 3x3 screen, so my question is how many cfl's at what wattage should i use for my ladies for a reasonable price and what kind of cfls can i use for the whole grow process without any issues

ok so i looked into some cfl's and im getting results that say 105wt= 400wt compact fluor. lights, oh and whats the diff between warm white and cool white and can i use the warm white throughout whole grow? again thank you all for your help and input
