I Have a micro grow going and i want to start flowering once my babys are about 6inches tall. So I want my main stem to be as strong as possible. What are some techniques I can use in the first 3 weeks of veging to make my stem super strong? I have a pretty powerfull fan blowing on them already...

This is my first rough attempt at a grow box. what do you guys think? any suggestions? Im using 4, 18 watt 6500k CFLS for veg and ill go buy some other bulbs for flowering (suggestions?). Only using the 18 watters cuz thats what i had laying around( free! i bought a G with the savings)...
