car battery to 1000watt hps / mh = idk the power transfer method you'd use. but at 9 amps and the battery being like 70 amp hours? might be changing 2 battery's a day. could run a smaller light set in a small box.

this seems like big headache, lots of cash / you being needed to power it.

Tent A 4x4x6.5 = 600 watt hps/mh with ??? flowering plants? Tent B 30x18x36 = t5 with 6 vegging plant? that's more likely to work could slap 2 - 4 plants in the big tent.

heat, smell, air flow? door type may cause issue. heat, cool tube. cut hole at top of door to vent. smell, (heat issue?) if no then carbon filter sucked by fan sent to bottom of area. with heat as an issue filter > light > fan out door at the top. is it just needs air then make a hole? :P

if the question is perfect, then the answer will always be no. this would work but your height restriction may damage you. not going to lie its cute and makes me want it. only the tent tbh.
