19 days since seed... What's going on with her... She been like this since she been growing she growing ... With fox farm ocean soil ... I just switched the potting... no nutrients added. pH is 6.5

my hydro set up is just a coffee container with a air pump air stone ... With 5.6 pH water and fox farm grow big nothing else ... I just have the clay pebbles I don't have any other growing medium so the clay is keeping it up... Tf is going on why is it growing so little?
