Hi, glad to see you getting back into it. I like coco coir and Advanced Nutrients but I am a new grower. I water with nutrients every day and haven't had any trouble. Good luck with the grow.

I have tried to tack on my gum but I found it hard to do. I have been using RSO oil since January and tried tacking just inside my nose, it seems to work. I just put a small amount in my nose then I take a grain size in a capsule with coconut oil. I have been reading this forum for a while...

I am helping my nephew get off of pain pills. I have been tacking in my nose for a week and it seems to be working. I wasn't sure about it.

It's sticking a small dose of oil to your gum.

I thought the proper way to dose cannabis oil was by tacking first on the gum.

SweetSue, could you answer my tacking question, I know you stay busy. I am trying to help a nephew that is on pain pills.

Can someone tell me if its ok to tack in the nose instead of the gum? I can't seem to get the hang of it but it is easy in the nose.
