They def have mixed reviews. It’s much easier to work with and receive items up here in Canada. Could it be held up at the border? Did they give you a tracking number?

When I purchased I added the guarantee shipping with tracking. They sent it normally without any tracking....3 weeks ago. They asked I call them during business hours. Not even wasting my time with them anymore.

Yeah, that’s fine. Some people have great experiences, some don’t. Do they still owe you money? Hopefully they credit you your money back!

Oh I'm not denying their service at all. Im sure they'll credit or resend but honestly it was just one 5 pack so only out like $70 if anything. I was just really looking forward to a particular strain they have.

I am happy with this but I won't order again. The service was great but bad experiences usually turn me away quickly.
