I personally wouldn’t after the buds start forming. Maybe two weeks in max.
I had to spray for mites last night and I’m in week 6. Hated to do it, but had to.

Yeah I think I’m going to agree with you on that one! I’m really worried about one plant right now tho because the hairs on a couple branches towards the bottom started turning brown. I’ve had someone say it could be mites but then again I also had a fan blowing pretty hard core on that portion that looks a little infected, but i looked and nothing looked like it was moving under the microscope! Who knows it could be a couple things. She was also rooming with a male and had to chop him down before he threw his pollin right before I sexed them all! Out of 13 seeds I got from a friend that had their crop anilated by males last summer in Colorado 11 became females with no herms in sight so far!! But to your question I was just thinking they might get an extra boost if I were too, but then again some say it causes mold. I was just going to stay it with a half tsp of fox farm bloom and the buds & bloom.

Really anything with oil in will mess them up. They do recover.
If it’s something like a Seaweed/Kelp mix, you should be fine, just be sure you have fans on them. You don’t want it sitting.
If the buds haven’t actually started to form, you don’t have to worry about mold.

Yes I believe they recead once pollinated, but I can almost put a bet that I got that male out before it even started forming a complete banana! I was worried about them going herm so I literally looked at every part of each plant while they started to reveal sex to make sure everything looked like a female!

I’ve never heard or seen that happen either! That’s just what I was told after revealing a couple photos of that plant and that it could have been pollinated, but I just thought it gave the female seed production once it was pollinated!

My question is how fast will mites ruin a plant? Never had them before does it happen over night or do they slowly spread all over!!?

Both. Really depends how bad they are. They reproduce like rabbits.

I also just found two bananas on one of my top colas that just popped up over night but wasn’t open yet to pollinate. Am I screwed or can I just tweez them out like I did, and save it from produceing seeds!!? Not a good day pretty bummed about finding them!

I wouldn’t be too concerned. I have had nanners in 4 of the past 16 plants I’ve harvested. It happens.

Man thanks for that save of confidence lmao I seriously started to sweat a river!!! I don’t want that old cartel compressed crap everyone got back in the day picking 100 seeds from one nugget! Looks like I’m in for some plant day care for the next few weeks! I think my strain is sativa being the leaves are all skinny and pointed I think it’s jock horror if I’m correct and it will be on week 4 in a day from today. You think I’ll have much more left before harvest? I’m so worried now! I just turned off my fans in case I could have missed a banana because lights went off at 8pm and I don’t want to risk it before I can check for more in the morning!
