I personally prefer coco but do soil on occasion.
I use a combination of Bokashi , Frass , Dynomyco and perlite to grow huge healthy plants.
The key to a good harvest is healthy roots feeding your plant.
If your handy sips are popular lately.
But my method works in any pot with any medium, very simple.

Morning bill , question mate . Veg par for led ? Got mine 600 . Got my new light yesterday it’s beautiful.3/3 coverage, it only a cheapo made in china , got a dimmer. Seams lot better . Seen a few reviews on you tube saying it’s decent so yea

I like to use my lights to the fullest.
I start seedlings on low but keep turning up the power rapidly.
I run a VS4000 in veg @ 100 %.
I get rapid growth @ 100% and when I flip they are ready for the bigger light in the flower room.
That way I keep everything at full power.
What watts is your light?
