curlingfirst time grow

My first time grow and I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my plant it's getting kinda yellow and also it is curling up and the leafs seem thin I need help also Im new to this website I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures for everyone to see if you guys can help me that be great
