thc bomb help...please.

I have 4 speed devils and 1 thc bomb.all 5 were started the same time for a sog. The 4 speed devils are doing great.that are about 3 ft tall bit the thc bomb is stuck at 13" tall.what should I do? Remove it because it's stunted or let it run its course. I really need some advice on this one. I'm...
