430 watt son agro for sprouts

I have a new seedling coming up is a 430 watt son agro bulb to much for a seedling??

i think u need florecent, hps or the other one. might work just for seading tho. CFLs only cost $9 for a 150W 2.9K lumes

you need to start your seedlings out on a high wattage flourecent bulb.the energy saver ones(in a coil) are the best

The 430 watt sonagro bulbs are HPS lights.
