I'm 2 weeks away from harvest and I'm seeing what my friend called banana leave in some of the buds. Should I worry about them pollinating the rest of the lady's? And if I should treat them what should I do?

You may have a few seeds to dig out but unless it's really bad I wouldn't worry. I rip them off w a damp paper towel wrapped around a tweezer or my fingers. The damp towel will help attract the pollen in case it bursts on you.
I use a sharp pair of Fiskars scissors to remove the banana shaped female pollen sacks from my plants.
