bugs got me freaked

ok...i have a seperate box for my mother plant...i just opened it to look and see how shes doin and o saw a little ass bug with wings flyin around...not on the plant or anything...they are the same thing that was in my chameleons cage before i washed it so they might just be going to the heat but im just worried...no stress signs....i strained my eyes trying to search for bugs and spots and shit in the magnafying glass..see nothin...do you know what these are and if theyre harmful...not the first time ive had to get a predator to take em out

its indoors...i didnt see any today...i put some ladybugs in wit it hopin theyd catch somethin...i think im cool ii checked it out pretty good...nothing so far but i just threw it down to flowering so i gota keep watch

same here.. outdoor. tiny white (mites?) so far not a problem.. I plan on sprayin water/soap around base if becomes a problem.
