Can NIACINAMIDE (not niacin) flush THC from your system?

Hi I'm a new member but a long time cannabis user for stomach pain & severe nausea. My big question is does NIACINAMIDE clean urine of THC in drug testing? If so can it be used/ does it work the same as traditional niacin, if it doesn't but can still be used as a flushing agent what is/are the best method(s)? If it doesn't work at all I'd still be very curious to know why.

Tyhey are both basically the same thing, Vitamin B-3. Niacinamide doesn't cause flushing like niacin does. other than that I don't really know anything about it. All Niacin does in the body is to dilate blood vessels, thats not really going to do anything to fluch thc metabolites out of your body.
