Cloning without a humidity dome?

I was watching an interview with Kevin Jodrey on Future Cannabis project about seed germination and the host of FCP (I don't know his name) said that he doesn't like to use humidity domes when cloning! So how do you clone without using a humidity dome?

I know you can put cuttings in just a glass of water or use a cloning machine or bubble cloner but don't you need a humidity dome if you go into soil, or Root Riots and stuff like that?

What’s up Jokerola? not the clone master here by any stretch but glass of water does not require a dome. some are having great success cloning in perlite but needs to be well rinsed, yes for soil, peat pucks & rapid rooters domes keep the rh high while cuttings try to develop roots.
