Digital ballast questions hps

My aging htg magnetic ballast is on its last legs but has served me well over the last few years.

I know i can get some parts to keep it running but have been considering switching to a digital ballast.

Anyone have any luck with the Apollo or ipower ballasts you see all over ebay and amazon. I have worries about them having adequate shielding. I don't want to have the cable company come over and tell me there's a problem.

This is the main reason i went with magnetic in the first place.

I can't speak for the Apollos or Ipowers, but the Phantoms get pretty good reviews.
