Does my plant look sick?

I'm not sure if my plant has a deficiency of some kind could you help plz! When the lights are on it appears to be suffering from something!

But when I take a picture at night it appears to be ok

Am I crazy or is there something going on here?

I think it is ok. Watching under growlights can make it appear deficient of nutes. Looks good to me in the natural light.
